Guardian re-watched paused temporarily as the new BTS album BE was released on November 20th. I might possibly have been having a ball listening to ALL the BTS music and watching music videos for a week.

I shall return to other behaviour of a geeky nature next week.

For those even remotely interested, the new BTS album was conceived/recorded during the pandemic and I do recommend that you give the songs a listen (there are only seven plus 1 skit of the band talking/laughing) and then look up the lyrics. You might be pleasantly surprised by what you hear/read. Entirely up to you, though.

I love BE so much! It's been on repeat in my house since the moment it was released. I was just getting deep into BTS and it pulled me in completely! :) I've even ordered the CD, the first CD I've bought in like, a decade :D

I hear you on the CD, I have not religiously bought CDs for the same artist for I don't know how long. I buy the new ones and am back-filling in the old ones for BTS as well.

I am looking forward to the Break The Silence movie on Weverse because local restrictions meant I didn't go to the cinema to see it and the Big Hit NYE concert trailer hints at a lot of awesome music there too.

Korean music has been a blessing in 2020.

Aaaah there's so much stuff I don't know, it's insane! My completist self is like, going back and watching things... like all the seasons of Bon Voyage (I'm only on 2!) but then I also need to keep up with what's happening now, and I don't know even where to look. I've watched Burn the Stage, and but haven't even watched Bring the Soul yet, let along Break the Silence! I mean, these are good problems to have but, wow, there's not enough time!
But the joy, I really need it this year, and BTS/kpop in general is delivering!
