Still full of lurgy 😷 and randomly coughing. As a result, I decided to watch a film called Shanghai Fortress on Netflix. I don't know the source material at all but the film itself was very sweet.

My only confusion was at certain points where the non-Chinese actors were speaking the dubbing was so bad and the Chinese actors were dubbed as well. This was in spite of the fact that Netflix was set to give me English subtitles as I abhor dubbing into English as it is always woefully bad.

Having said all that, the film was nice. 👍

Watch until the end of the credits if you do decide to give it a go or you will miss some stuff.

I am normally the same but I got distracted by a message on my phone so I let the credits play. 😁
