Movies (Ad Astra)

Been a bit of a busy few weeks of family weddings and excursions to foreign places (Istanbul is big, hectic and fabulous).
My most exciting action of late has been a trip to the cinema to watch Ad Astra. I liked it?
It is a bit odd but not as boring as Gravity nor as annoying as Interstellar (apologies to any that liked those movies but they weren't my cup of tea).
I have been trying to think what Brad Pitt's acting reminded me of all afternoon and I think it is actually Mr & Mrs Smith. The tone he used is very reminiscent of the way Smith expressed his feelings throughout that movie. Maybe that is what has slanted my perceptions.
Ad Astra is worth watching on a larger screen, that I 100% agree with. I chose not to do IMAX but it will probably knock it out of the park in that format.
